Mindfulness

Living with cancer often means living with uncertainty, distress, pain and ill health.  Mindfulness can support you in managing these challenges, helping you to live and appreciate each moment of your life with cancer in the best way you can.
Mindfulness is about nurturing a more gentle attitude toward yourself and to the thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations that occur moment by moment.  Mindfulness can help you develop the willingness to let everything be as it is and to be mindfully aware of what‘s coming and going.  This can lead to a clearer understanding of your life experience but also to a sense of stability in the face of it all.
